Hi. My advice..regarding all cambelts : The belts degrade through age. The waterpump wears through use and coolant quality. THE BEARINGS.. can wear AND age. In low mileage campervans .. its often a failing bearing that takes out the belt.. and wrecks the engine. My 500 is getting a new pump and bearings alongside the belt and coolant.
